Multi-Care Community Services is looking for compassionate, reliable and dedicated Home Carers and Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team.

📌 About the Role
As a Home Carer or Healthcare Assistant, you will provide high-quality, person-centred care and support based on each individual’s assessed needs.
🧩 Responsibilities include:
- 🚿 Supporting with personal care, washing, dressing and continence needs
- 💊 Assisting with medication in accordance with the individual’s care plan
- 🍽️ Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition and hydration
- 🤝 Providing companionship and emotional support
- 🦽 Supporting mobility and safe moving and handling
- 🧹 Assisting with household tasks and daily routines
- 🚗 Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
- 👀 Observing and reporting changes in health or wellbeing
- 📝 Completing accurate care records
- 🌟 Promoting dignity, choice, independence and respect at all times
🔎 Who We Are Looking For
We welcome applications from experienced Home Carers and Healthcare Assistants, as well as individuals new to care who have the right values and attitude.

- 📅 Flexible and able to work agreed shifts, including some evenings and weekends
- 🇬🇧 Eligible to work in the United Kingdom
🚘 A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are desirable.
🔐 All appointments require references, employment checks and an enhanced DBS.
